Please note: our wonderful chairs are QC’d every step from the factory to dispatch to your door. Please ensure to inspect your chair immediately on receipt, prior to assembly and contact us immediately with photos & videos of any damage, please retain the packaging. We cannot accept responsibility or accept claims for damaged chairs after use, once assembled and without photo evidence of the chair and packaging. Retained packaging will be needed to return any damaged chairs so please keep until your case has been resolved.
