Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Dimple Designed.

• You have 30- days to return an item from the date you received it.
• 15% restocking fee applicable 
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Dimple Designed can be retuned.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged in the original shipping Box provided at the time of delivery.
• All legs-feet & gas cylinder are unused and not installed.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

• Custom sprayed items*
• Custom logo items*
• Custom Stitching items*
