If you're not entirely satisfied with your DimpleChair, we're not happy either. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reasons for unhappiness and we'll do our best to turn your frown upside down!
If your chair doesn’t arrive exactly in the condition that you’d expect, please take photos of the issue and contact us immediately, before assembling the stand and before disposing of the original packaging.
Think your product has a manufacturing fault?
We take pride in the quality of our products, however, we know that sometimes defects might crop up which can cause a less than perfect experience. If you think your product is showing signs of a manufacturing fault, submit a request for one of our Dimple Experts to investigate, we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
Note, we cannot be responsible for reasonable wear and tear of the DimpleChair and/or defects to the Dimple shell caused from contact with other objects once used.
