Delivery Costs

Within USA: From USD 100.00 (email for details)
US and Canada: From $100 (email for details).

Delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing state at the time the delivery arrives into your state. All applicable duties, taxes, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re ordering multiple items please contact us to see if we can collate the products on one pallet to reduce shipping costs.

Our US stock is based in Orlando, Florida. If your delivery address is in Florida, please contact us prior to ordering and our team will endeavour to find the most cost effective shipping solution for your location.

Who do you use for shipping?

Anything larger than our average sized end table needs to be shipped with a freight carrier. Smaller pieces such as coffee tables are shipped UPS.

Do I need any tools?

The Dimple Chair arrives in a wooden crate which is enclosed with a top panel by approximately 24 wood screws.  The crate and chair weigh 132 lbs, so it requires at least two people for handling and placement.  A battery powered drill with a phillips head screw driver would be quickest way to get the panel off. By hand would take approximately 20 minutes.

The coffee table is also crated and the wood paneling is stapled closed. The reverse section of a standard hammer is required to remove the staples and gain access to the table.

Is assembly required?

All of our furniture is built solid and mostly ship just how you see them pictured. The Dimple chair will need to be attached to the pedestal base and you may want to make a height adjustment for personal comfort for which an 8mm allen key is provided in the box with assembly instructions. 

The coffee table has a thick tempered glass top which needs to be cautiously placed in the recessed portion of the table. This is a relatively simple task preferably done over a soft surface to prevent any chipping of the glass top in the event of mishandling.

When will I receive my DimpleChair?

We aim to get your Dimple goods delivered to you within 10 working days after you have placed your order. 21 day’s if you want to have a branded chair US only.

As soon as your DimpleChair is packed and ready to go, we’ll email you with a delivery date and tracking number.

Will the shipper put the furniture where I want it?

We keep our shipping rates low by offering curbside delivery. However, this is only possible for our coffee table. All our other products require scheduled delivery appointments.

I received a shipping confirmation email, what is my tracking number?

We use private shippers over big freight companies whenever we can since they are more careful with the product and offer better customer service. Though in this case we cannot provide a tracking number, the shipper calls you to schedule the delivery day. We give a time frame up to 1 week to give you an idea of when the delivery will be. 

What if I receive something damaged?

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged, notify us immediately. If you receive a damaged item, we will assist you in receiving a replacement as quickly as possible - at no cost to you. View our full Returns Policy procedure here.
